Site Cleared at Centerpoint Logistics Park Phase II in San Antonio, Texas

JacksonShaw is excited to announce that the site is cleared at Centerpoint Logistics Park Phase II! Expected completion Q3, 2023.

Phase II consists of 2-buildings totaling 416,707 square feet of Class A industrial development. Building 1 is 139,427 square feet and Building 2 is 277,280 square feet.

The site is being developed by JacksonShaw and equity partner Greystar Real Estate Partners. R.C. Page Construction is the general contractor for the project, with Beaty Palmer Architects as the project’s architect, Kimley-Horn as the civil engineering firm and Veritex Community Bank as the lender. Kevin Cosgrove and Walter Simpson are managing leasing for the development.
