In 2019, Jackson-Shaw completed 2 additional Urban Industrial buildings totaling 292,000 Square feet.

In 2017, Jackson-Shaw began construction of 2 speculative Urban Industrial buildings totaling 178,000 square feet in Jacksonville International Tradeport. Both buildings were 100% leased prior to construction completion by Benco Dental and Ecolab.

In 2015, Jackson Shaw developed a 127,000 square foot build-to-suit for Ecolab.

In 2008, Jackson-Shaw developed Creekside Distribution Center, a 25 acre ,Class A three (3) building development, featuring more than 334,000 square feet of distribution space.

In 2006, Jackson-Shaw originally acquired 9 buildings within the Jacksonville International Tradeport totaling 994,000 square feet of Urban industrial space together with 85 acres of land for development.
