JACKSON-SHAW FULLY LEASES GREENSPORT LOGISTICS PARK IN HOUSTON LESS THAN ONE MONTH FOLLOWING COMPLETION
Triad Electric & Controls Takes Entire 535,478-Square-Foot, Two-Building Development
HOUSTON (January 27, 2026) – Jackson-Shaw, a national real estate development company headquartered in North Texas, announced today the completion and full lease-up of greensPORT Logistics Park, a Class A, two-building industrial project totaling 535,478 square feet on 38.26 acres in Houston. The project achieved 100 percent occupancy in less than one month following completion of construction, underscoring strong demand for well-located industrial space near the Port of Houston.
Triad Electric & Controls, a leading industrial electrical and instrumentation contractor and a subsidiary of The Newtron Group, has leased both buildings. Triad Electric & Controls specializes in new construction, maintenance and automation services for refining, chemical and other heavy industrial sectors, with a strong presence across the Gulf Coast, including Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. The company is widely recognized for executing large-scale, mission-critical projects with an emphasis on safety, innovation and advanced power distribution and process automation solutions.
Completed in December 2025, greensPORT Logistics Park is strategically located just south of Interstate 10 on Haden Road, offering direct access to major regional transportation corridors, including Interstate 10 and the Beltway, and is only minutes from the Port of Houston.
“We are very excited about the delivery of greensPORT Logistics Park and happy to welcome Triad Electric & Controls,” said Jackson-Shaw Vice President of Development Reid Watler. “The project’s infill location provides unmatched access to Interstate 10, the Beltway and the Port of Houston, making it an ideal hub for industrial users serving the Gulf Coast and beyond.”
Thackeray Partners is the equity partner in the project. Burton Construction was the general contractor, Goree was the project architect, and Kimley-Horn handled civil engineering services. Comerica Bank provided construction financing. Leasing at greensPORT Logistics Park is managed by Cushman & Wakefield, with Beau Kaleel, Michael Foreman and Brooke Swerdlow representing the project.
