Jackson-Shaw breaks ground on Element Hotel at SkySong

Jackson-Shaw has broken ground on the Element Hotel at SkySong in Scottsdale, Arizona. Thank you to everyone who came out to help celebrate the start of this new development, and a special thank you to everyone involved: Plaza Companies, Holualoa Companies, ASU Realty, Layton Construction, UMB Bank, City of Scottsdale, and Copper Carry.

The 157-room, 100,000 square-foot Element Hotel will provide a highly sustainable, health-focused environment for guests and amenities including a natural saline swimming pool, gym and bike rentals. Located at Scottsdale Road and Enterprise Drive, the hotel is situated within ASU SkySong, a 1.2 million-square-foot mixed-use development on a 42-acre campus in Scottsdale. The Element Hotel is slated for completion summer of 2019.
