JACKSON-SHAW ANNOUNCES THE DEVELOPMENT OF GREENSPORT LOGISTICS PARK IN HOUSTON

HOUSTON (September 30, 2024) – Jackson-Shaw, a national real estate development company headquartered in North Texas, announced today the development of greensPORT Logistics Park, a Class A, two-building, 535,478-square-foot industrial park on 38.26 acres in Houston.

Jackson-Shaw broke ground September 24 with anticipated delivery in the third quarter of 2025. GreensPORT Logistics Park is located on Haden Road just south of Interstate 10. Building 1 is 149,477 square feet, and Building 2 is 386,001 square feet. Both buildings are designed with flexibility for multiple tenants.

Greystar-Thackeray is the equity partner, Burton is the general contractor, Goree is the architect, Kimley-Horn is the civil engineering firm and Comerica is the lender. The leasing team is Cushman and Wakefield’s Beau Kaleel, Michael Foreman, and Brooke Swerdlow.
