JACKSON-SHAW ANNOUNCES MAJOR MILESTONES AT ATX 130 BUSINESS PARK IN AUSTIN

AUSTIN (October 7, 2024) – Jackson-Shaw, a national real estate development company, today announced the completion of ATX 130 Business Park in Austin and significant leasing activity. The 67-acre, four-building complex, totaling 602,470 square feet, has reached several key milestones, further solidifying its position as a premier industrial development in the rapidly growing Southeast Austin submarket.

Building 3, spanning 207,280 square feet, is 100% leased to Ferguson, a distributor of plumbing supplies, PVF, waterworks and fire and fabrication products. Ferguson will be occupying the building and operational this month. This state-of-the-art facility features a 32-foot clear height and 45 dock doors, showcasing the area's high demand for quality industrial space.

Additionally, the 120,440-square-foot Building 1 has been 100% pre-leased to Hotline Delivery, a third-party logistics company seeking closer proximity to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Hotline Delivery will be occupying the building this month as well.

Buildings 2 (80,365 square feet) and 4 (194,385 square feet) are nearing completion and will be delivered soon, both featuring move-in ready spec office space to accommodate tenants' immediate needs.
