JACKSON-SHAW ANNOUNCES LATEST TENANT AT POST OAK LOGISTICS PARK IN HOUSTON’S SOUTHWEST SUBMARKET MAKES PROPERTY 100% LEASED

eFulfill Inc. global logistics company took all of Building B

HOUSTON (June 14, 2024) – Jackson-Shaw, a national real estate developer headquartered in North Texas, has announced that eFulfill has leased all of Post Oak Logistics Park Building B, which is 368,099 square feet. This means that 100% of Post Oak Logistics Park is now leased.

eFulfill Inc., headquartered in Fontana, California, specializes in comprehensive global logistics services, including warehousing and fulfillment services, domestic transportation services, and international services such as logistics consulting. The company was founded in 2020 and is a subsidiary of Henglin Home Furnishing Co., LTD, a publicly traded company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. In addition to this new location in Houston, eFulfill occupies over 1.9 million square feet of warehouse space across the country.

Jackson-Shaw announced in April that Festival Trading Company had leased all of Post Oak Logistics Park Building A, which is 168,893 square feet. Post Oak Logistics Park is 43 acres and consists of two buildings near the south side of U.S. Highway 90 Alternate, just west of the intersection with South Post Oak Boulevard. Construction began in the second quarter of 2023.

An affiliate of Greystar Real Estate Partners is the equity partner. Rosenberger Construction is the general contractor, with Powers Brown as the architect, WGA as the civil engineering firm and BancFirst as the lender. Cushman & Wakefield’s Beau Kaleel and Michael Foreman are managing the leasing assignment.
