CURRENT TENANT PRIORITY TIRE RELOCATES WITHIN JACKSON-SHAW INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT TO INCREASE LEASING SPACE
Less than 100,000 square feet of total leasing space is available

JACKSONVILLE, FL. (Jan. 25, 2021) – Jackson-Shaw, a national real estate development company headquartered in North Texas, has leased approximately 100,000 square feet of industrial space at International DC 1, the 293,600-square-foot, two-building, Class A urban industrial development in Jacksonville, Florida.

Priority Tire, a tire distributor and tenant since 2019, currently leases 52,000 square feet in International DC 5 and is expanding and relocating to International DC 1, where they will lease 100,000 square feet. Approximately 40,000 square feet is available in International DC 1 and 52,000 square feet is available in International DC 5.

“Since becoming a tenant at International DC 5, Priority Tire has experienced tremendous growth,” said Tyler Newman, director at Cushman Wakefield. “It is no surprise that not only do they need to lease more space but that they want to stay in this area. International DC 1’s advantageous location within the Jacksonville International Tradeport provides a great distribution site that gives Priority Tire the space it needs to successfully expand its operations without having to make a major move.”

Mygrant Glass, a family-owned auto glass wholesaler, occupies 60,000 square feet in International DC 1 and XPO Logistics, Inc., a top ten global logistics provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world, occupies 41,600 square feet in International DC 5. In total, 201,600 square feet of the 293,600-square-foot, two-building, Class A urban industrial development is leased.

Jackson-Shaw developed the project with its partner Link Logistics Real Estate, a New York-based industrial real estate company. Haskew Construction is the general contractor for the project, and BB&T is the construction financier. Tyler Newman of Cushman-Wakefield is managing the leasing assignment for the development.
