BRIGHT EVENT RENTALS AND INTERNATIONAL PAPER ARE THE TWO LATEST TENANTS IN JACKSON-SHAW’S CENTERPOINT PHASE II LOGISTICS PARK
SAN ANTONIO (October 29, 2024) – Jackson-Shaw, a national real estate development company headquartered in North Texas, announces that Bright Event Rentals and International Paper are the latest tenants in its 36-acre Class A CenterPoint Phase II Logistics Park in San Antonio, Texas.
Bright, a full-service special event rental company, executed a lease on August 1 for 65,554 square feet of Building 4’s 139,427 total square feet, taking the building to 100% occupancy. International Paper (NYSE: IP) is a global provider of renewable fiber-based packaging and pulp products and one of the world's largest recyclers. International Paper executed a lease on October 1 for 138,640 square feet of Building 5’s 277,280 total square feet.
These two leases take the overall project to 67% leased. There are 138,640 square feet of remaining vacancy in Building 5, which can be divided into two spaces.

CenterPoint Logistics Park is located at 4235 Milling Road, just inside Interstate 410, south of where it intersects with Interstate 35. The 62-acre master-planned development has over 2,200 feet of frontage at 410 Loop and Interstate 35 interchange. CenterPoint Logistics Park I and II comprise five buildings totaling 719,225 square feet of Class A industrial development. Phase II construction was completed in December 2023 and consists of two buildings.
R.C. Page Construction is the general contractor for the project, with Beaty Palmer Architects as the project’s architect, Kimley-Horn as the civil engineering firm and Veritex Community Bank as the lender. Kevin Cosgrove and Walter Simpson of Stream Realty Partners manage the leasing assignment for the development.
