JACKSON-SHAW ANNOUNCES GROUNDBREAKING AND FIRST TENANT LEASE AT LAKEVIEW BUSINESS DISTRICT IN NORTH SHORE ROWLETT
ROWLETT, TEXAS (May 2, 2024)—Jackson-Shaw, a national real estate development company headquartered in North Texas, announces the groundbreaking and first tenant lease at its Lakeview Business District in North Shore Rowlett. The seven-building, 1,765,267-square-foot, 165-acre business park's groundbreaking ceremony was April 30. The master-planned project is located along President George Bush Turnpike at Merritt Road and Liberty Grove Road in Rowlett. Construction commenced in early March and is expected to be completed in March 2025.
The SAF Holland Group, one of the leading international manufacturers of chassis-related assemblies and components for trailers, trucks and buses, has leased Building 6. The company’s product range includes axle and suspension systems, fifth wheels, coupling systems, kingpins and landing legs.

Compatriot Capital is the equity partner, Peinado Construction is the general contractor, Pross Design Group is the architect, Hunt & Joiner is the structural engineer, Kimley Horn is the civil engineer, and Bank OZK and Affinius Capital LLC provided the financing.
