CELEBRATING BREAKING GROUND!

Yesterday was a great day to celebrate breaking ground on ATX 130 in SE Austin.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate!

Located on more than 67 acres at the northeast corner of State Highway 130 & Elroy Road, the four-building project will have 602,400 square feet of office, warehouse, & distribution space.

A special thanks to Travis County, Commissioner Gomez, and the many officials that took time out of their day to join us.  As well as our first, full-building tenant,  Ferguson Enterprises.
