Jackson-Shaw Announces Sale of Parc Pinnacle

Jackson-Shaw announces the sale of Parc Pinnacle, a 312,054-square-foot, three-building Urban Industrial development in Deer Valley, Arizona. Completed earlier this year with development partner LaPour Partners, the project was sold shortly after completion and is not yet fully leased.

Parc Pinnacle is situated on a 20-acre parcel of land and includes three buildings, a 70,467-square-foot Building 1, 155,025 Building 2 and 86,562 Building 3. Bo Mills, Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets – Western US at JLL served as the broker, while Markaz served as the investment partner.
