Ecolab Inc. (www.ecolab.com), leading provider of water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services for customers worldwide, approached Jackson-Shaw with a distribution warehouse requirement comprising of 127,000 SF with 14,000 square feet office in Jacksonville, Florida.
Working in close collaboration with Ecolab, Jackson-Shaw developed an optimum building solution within the scope of operational requirements defined by Ecolab within Jacksonville International Tradeport.
Offering an ideal location to Ecolob, Jacksonville International Tradeport, an expansive 425 acre park is the home of national and international companies and Class A multi-tenant distribution buildings. The park is a principal part of the Jacksonville transportation hub for the growing Jacksonville market. Northeast Florida boasts a world-class intermodal system, comprised of four airports, three marine terminals, vast network of railways and interstate roadways that put 45 million customers within a dayís drive.
In order to ensure a smooth transition, Jackson-Shaw agreed to an ambitious construction schedule. By close cooperation with construction partners, Jackson-Shaw managed not only to meet the schedule but also hand over the building seven (7) weeks before agreed date.
